Returns / Exchanges

Products that have been opened and used are non-refundable. If the product is still manufacture sealed there will be a restocking fee along with a shipping fee for exchanges and returns.

What if I need to return or exchange my product or device?

Factory sealed products are eligible for returns and exchanges. Each return or exchange has a restocking fee and shipping fee.

What if my product is having a mechanical issue?

Each printer and pc come with an automatic one year warranty through Lexmark. If an issue occurs please, contact us or Lexmark directly at 1 (800) 539-6275.

When will my order ship?

When an order is placed the customer should receive an email shortly with an invoice that contains shipping details.
